Winger Technology Solutions, Inc. will work with you to determine how you currently use your software and computers so that we may examine your current systems and recommend modifications to hardware, software, and upgrades that will produce the desired results and stay within your budget.
Your current systems may already be adequate for your desired result; in this case, we will determine whether they can be adapted with minor changes to help mind your budget. If not, we will recommend new hardware to achieve your desired results, whether upgrading to a Cloud-based system or a few simple upgrades. We are here to help you with honesty, integrity, and results in mind!
Server Support
WTS will ensure your servers are maintained and optimized to service your business. We'll alert you to capacity issues before you run out of storage. We run diagnostics to ensure you get the most out of your hardware and software systems. We'll verify the firewalls and anti-virus programs are doing their job and that backups are capturing information should a data recovery be necessary for a smooth restoration of data systems. We will keep you up-to-date on capacities and changes in technology.
Desktop, Laptop, and Communication Management
WTS will promptly troubleshoot problems and get the desktop/laptop up and running again. We'll ensure the devices are connected to the Network and backups regularly occur. We'll specify new devices/software and recommend purchase options or other fixes.
Data Backup and Recovery
We work with clients to ensure they are securely backing up their systems to an offsite location to minimize data loss in the event of hardware failure, malicious acts by an employee, or cyber-attacks. We test recovery procedures and ensure they are working.
Network Security
Network security protects your system and data from breaches, intrusions, and other threats. We will help you ensure your infrastructure is safe by looking at switches, firewalls, wireless devices, software, and employee access.
